TRAINING: Tuning the "Process", ways to trainStaying in the "process" is the key to getting better performance results. We have the "Balloon games, Nock Out games, Scoring weekends, and our Hot Soda rounds at the end of class, as a reminder of that concept. If your thoughts are on "gotta get the gold" and not on the process ( feet, breath, hips, set, set up, draw, load, anchor, transfer, hold ,etc) you weaken your results. We will review "the process" steps this weekend.

Tuning practice such as blank bale to FEEL the specific process element, and quadrant training to see the  arrow patterns created by your form, provides  essential feedback for an archer to make adjustments.

Those wishing to score for rank may do so as well, if a partner can be found.
Scoring practice for tournament prep is also available.
