June 22, Saturday 10:30 a.m.:Outside Range at rear of store, weather permitting!
June 23, Sunday 3:30 pm (indoors-looks like thunderstorms)

 

Training: Fine tuning- "Barrel of the gun"
Barrel of the gun position is set at Setup.
Both shoulders remain down and draw hand is about cheek height
Saturday:
Continue practicing distance shooting if no thunderstorms, Distance score for those interested.

GA Games are July 6!

Be sure to check around back if the weather is good, to see if targets are set up for outdoor rounds.

We scored last Saturday and many earned rank. Those interested in scoring again may do so. We will be fine tuning training with a focus on set-up and awareness of the "barrel of the gun" which is the terminology used at the OTC.

Please arrive by 10:15  to gear up and check in, to be on the line for first whistles at 10:30 Saturday. If scoring, know if you are a cub, bowman, or cadet and if BB (bare-bow), R (recurve) etc, and distance-take a look at the pins on your lanyard to know which distance comes next!
